José Paulo Carelli (ISE Business School, Brasil)

Maria Sophia Aguirre
President of the Catholic International University.
She has represented countries in international organizations and has served as a presidential appointee confirmed by the Congress of the United States, advising both the President and the Secretary of State during two presidential terms.
Since leaving government, she has worked to develop and implement Integral Economic Development (DEI), an interdisciplinary approach to economic analysis that recognizes the role of social relationships – primarily manifested within families – as key drivers of economic activity.
José Paulo Carelli
José Paulo Carelli holds a master’s degree in Economics from EPGE/FGV-RJ, an MBA from IESE, and a doctorate in government and organizational culture from the University of Navarra.
He is a Professor of General Management, Financial Management, Business Ethics, and Anthropology.
He currently serves as the CEO of ISE Business School.
Andréa Gomides
Founder of Instituto Ekloos, she holds a postgraduate degree in Strategic Management of Businesses from FGV and a PMD from ISE Business School.
A former corporate market executive, having worked at HP and Microsoft, with over 15 years of experience in the social sector, she mentors NGOs and Social Enterprises in strategy, marketing, and management, supporting them in the sustainable development of their initiatives and increasing their social impact. Andréa is also a co-founder of two social impact enterprises: Agência Kio and Bliks.
Hector Rocha
He has a PhD in Business Studies (London Business School) and two master’s degrees (University of Navarra and IAE). He is a professor of Corporate Politics and the director of the Chair for Sustainable Integral Development at IAE Business School, where he leads international projects on sustainable development.
He collaborates with leaders like Jeffrey Sachs and Raj Sisodia, and with institutions such as IESE Business School and London Business School.
Héctor, married to Inés and father of ten children, draws inspiration from his marital vocation for his work and collaborative projects like Family Well-being.
Mons. Mariano Fazio
He holds a degree in History (UBA) and a PhD in Philosophy (Pontifical University of the Holy Cross).
Ordained as a priest in 1991, he worked in Ecuador as a professor and columnist for the newspaper El Telégrafo. He served as the dean of the Faculty of Institutional Communication (1996-2002) and as rector (2002-2008) of the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross. In 2007, he participated in the V General Conference of the Episcopate of Latin America and the Caribbean. He has been a vicar of Opus Dei in various countries and has been an auxiliary vicar of Opus Dei since 2019.
He is the author of more than 20 books on modern society and secularization.
Michelle Scobie
She is a doctor and professor at the Institute of International Relations at the University of the West Indies (UWI), Trinidad and Tobago.
She holds a degree in Law and is a member of several editorial boards and international academic associations. She was an economic policy analyst and the first corporate secretary of the Heritage and Stabilization Fund of Trinidad and Tobago.
Currently, she is an advisor and head of the Governance and Peace Division at the Commonwealth, supporting peacebuilding and the promotion of democracy.
Her most recent book is Global Environmental Governance and Small States: Architectures and Agency in the Caribbean.

University, NGO, and Business for Social Impact
Doctor in Law from the University of Navarra. Served as rector of the University of Piura from 2003 to 2012, previously holding positions as dean of the Faculty of Law and director of the Liberal Arts Program. Participated in establishing the Faculty of Law, where he is also a faculty member, and represented Peru for the Institute for University Cooperation (ICU). Since August 2018, has resumed the role of rector at the University of Piura.

A speaker at TEDxRio Educação, he is also part of the Lemann Foundation's network of leaders. In 2023, he received the Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award from Folha de São Paulo and the Schwab Foundation. Industrial engineer with a Master's in Business Management from UNIS Business School in Guatemala, boasting 15 years of experience in the education and social sectors. Part of ADICE, a civil association in Guatemala that promotes the integral development of vulnerable youth. Since 2021, he has directed the KINAL Foundation, which provides technical training to 1,800 underprivileged youths with partial scholarships and certifies over 1,200 workers in technical courses. KINAL collaborates with international companies and brands to update its content and equipment, facilitating job placement. All KINAL programs emphasize human development and values, reflecting its motto: “Well-Done Work.”

With experience in strategic consulting across various sectors, he has served on several boards of directors. Currently, he is the president of the Luis Manuel Calleja Foundation and a director at multiple companies. He has published numerous articles and books and has taught at business schools in Latin America and Spain.

For 60 years, Ames and CEAP, non-profit institutions, have been providing training for children, young people and adults in situations of social vulnerability, preparing them during school breaks and in professional and technical initiation courses, so that they have the necessary resources to enter the workplace.
